For
first table on contract $160.00; additional tables per contract are
$130.00 each

Front el
$320; back el $250. An el is two tables at a row corner and one
backup table.

Display
cases can be rented for $10.00 each; lights can be rented for $5.00
each. Cases and lights are in limited
supply.
- Dealer badge changes or
additions (limit of two per table) can be made at no charge 14
days prior to the show; $25 fee per badge thereafter. Early birds
$50. Tables may not be sublet.
- A deposit of half
the total table fee is due on application; full refund if cancelled
before May 31, 2008. Later refunds at the discretion of the Bourse
Chair. Remaining fee payable on arrival at the show. Unless
special arrangements are made with the Bourse Chair, tables not occupied
by 7 pm Friday, June 20, may be resold except that tables paid in full
will be held for the whole show. Make checks payable to Raleigh
Coin Club.
The
Raleigh Coin Club will provide an 8-foot table and a backup table for each
table rented. The Club will provide table sign, convenient
electrical outlet, and badges for each person listed on the
contract—two people per table. Table covers are not
provided. Please note that the Fairgrounds does not permit
smoking or pets in the Kerr Scott Building.
Dealers
will be subject to payment of NC sales tax on retail sales and must
display their NC Merchants Certificate of Registration. Applications
for the latter can be sent on request.
